We are pleased to inform you that New Hartford Public Schools continues to participate in the National School Lunch Program. This program provides financial assistance to those who qualify.  Please fill out the Free and Reduced Lunch application even if you believe that you will not qualify for benefits.  You are still required to send in a new application even if your child is currently receiving Free & Reduced Lunch benefits.  This information will remain confidential. 

The Special Milk Program for Pre-K and Kindergarten allows children to buy milk ($.50) or get milk for free if they qualify. Pre-K and Kindergarten Special Milk application.

We strongly encourage utilizing the new convenient feature of paying on line, however, there are other options as noted below. Please use the following pre-payment options.  

2.      You may pay $13.75 weekly; $27.50 bi-weekly; $55.00 monthly or any greater amount you choose by cash or check made payable to the NEW HARTFORD LUNCH PROGRAM.

3.      Put the check or cash in the envelope with your child’s full name on it.  Write the amount enclosed, your child’s grade and teacher’s name on the envelope.

4.       All ala carte items and milk will continue to be sold on a cash basis and cannot be charged.  In Addition to lunches listed on our monthly lunch menus we offer several alternate lunch choices daily.

Lunches may not be charged. 

Lunch will be served on the first day of school, which is August 28, 2012.  We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality and healthy variety of products we serve.  Thank you for your continued support of the New Hartford School Lunch Program.
