      • Mr. Murphy has important information to share about the upcoming paving project planned for Route 202.

    • NEW! Antolini Music Program: Come one, come all! Please encourage your child to join chorus! Sign up will be on Monday, October 7. Rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays during the school day (8:30-9:00 grade 4; 2:25-2:55 grades 5/6.) Mrs. Foskitt is looking forward to seeing you! 
    • NEW! Grade 6 Yearbook: We have started raising money to offset the cost of the grade 6 yearbook. Contact a grade 6 student or your school office to purchase Lyman Orchards Pies & Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough!

      • Dear Kindergarten parents:  It is very common for a kindergarten student to have a urine accident while at school. Please include a change of clothing that can stay in their backpack for when this happens.  Thank you, Marie Kitch


    • Project Playgrounds:
      • NEW!  It's Bunco Time! Join us on November 15 for an exciting night and support Project Playground! 
      • To help meet our goal, ROSHAMBO will be donating 10% of all child haircuts for a year!
      • gotsneakers?We have made arrangements with a sneaker recycling organization to collect athletic shoes/sneakers, sport cleats, work/hiking boots, and canvas shoes for which we will receive a donation to our playground fund. Please no heels, sandals or dress shoes. 

    Community News 

    • NEW! The Wolverines Harvestfest will take place this Sunday. The fun starts at 9:00AM, Brown's Corner! 
    • NEW! NWR7: Run Like a Deer on Saturday, November 2 at Barkhamsted Elementary School. Proceeds will go to offset the cost of the 2020 NWR7 graduation at the Warner Theater. 
    • NEW! Kids Play: Check out all the exciting October events! 
    • Home Depot Safety Day: October 5th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. This event promotes and educates children and adults on Fire and EMS Safety Awareness. Please join our local Police, Ambulance, and Fire Departments for a fun and education day of Safety Awareness!
    • NWR7: Trick or Treat on The Hill Friday, October 4 from 4:00 til 6:00!  
    • New Hartford Youth Basketball:
      • NHYB is proud to collaborate with the Harwinton Youth Sports Association to provide an opportunity for New Hartford youth wishing to participate in a Recreation League this winter.
