    • From the Superintendent of Schools: 
      • NEW! There will be a Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, January 7 at Ann Antolini, 7:00PM. Agenda
      • NEW! There will be aWellness Committee meeting on Wednesday, January 7 at 3:30PM in the conference room at Antolini School. Agenda
      • Superintendent Murphy would like to share his policy on cancelling and delaying school because of inclement weather. 
      • NHPS has two paraprofessional positions open: Please consider joining our team.
    • Lunch Program: Mrs.Murelli has some information to share about our program as well as the January menu
    • After School Enrichment: The winter session is about to begin. Here are the exciting opportunities. Please sign up by January 8. Included in this session are Group Games, Kids Yoga and Movie Make! 
    • Read to the Rink: Mrs. Pfeffer is once again joining the Hartford Wolf Pack in presenting their Read to the Rink program. Students who successfully complete the program will get a free Hartford Wolfpack hockey ticket! Here is the Reading Log.
    • From the Health Office: 
      • Medication may not be brought to school by students. As per BOE policy it should be delivered by a parent/guardian with the signed Authorization for Medication which can be found on the District Website. 
      • Please keep students with a temperature of 100 degrees or higher home from school until the student is fever free for 24 hours without fever reducing medication. Likewise, students with a temperature of 100 degrees or higher will be sent home per school policy. 

    PTO News

    • Project Playgrounds: 
      • NEW! KidsPlay for Project Playground: Join Project Playground and KidsPlay for an evening of fun for the whole family! The event will be held on Friday, February 7 from 5:30 to 7:30. 100% of the proceeds go to Project Playground! 
      • gotsneakers?We have made arrangements with a sneaker recycling organization to collect athletic shoes/sneakers, sport cleats, work/hiking boots, and canvas shoes for which we will receive a donation to our playground fund. Please no heels, sandals, or dress shoes.
