Biography:

My wife, Robin, and I moved to New Hartford with our family in 2007. We raised three children through the Torrington Public School system, and have a child at R7. I attended the US Military Academy at West Point and received a degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. I am the President of Ralph Camputaro & Son Excavating, Inc. in North Branford, CT. Regarding education,

I feel strongly that the strength of a community starts with its educational system. A great educational system builds a strong, sustainable, and safe community. A valuable, marketable education is the cornerstone of a functioning, prosperous society. I recognize the need to tax responsibly, and I will always advocate for our educational system and the wise use of those tax dollars to promote the future, safety of our students, and marketability of our town.

Biography:

My wife, Marissa, and I have lived in New Hartford since 2008 and have three children who are either currently enrolled in, or have graduated from, New Hartford Public Schools. I was born and raised in Litchfield County and am a graduate of the University of Connecticut. Professionally, I serve as a Construction Executive with a North American-based, international construction services company where I am accountable for the operations and guidance of building projects ranging from a couple-million to $100+M.

I have chosen to be a Board of Education member to preserve the educational system that attracted my wife and I to New Hartford. I firmly believe that the BOE should manage a responsible budget that, at a minimum maintains, but, strives to improve our facilities, technology, safety and security, inclusiveness and, most importantly, the educational standard offered. I am honored to serve on the Board of Education and am motivated to provide each child with the best education possible to establish a solid foundation for their future success.

Biography:

Randy and I moved from East Orleans, Mass. to New Hartford in 2006 to take care of our new grandson Dylan. In 2008 our granddaughter, Olivia, was born. I attended school in East Longmeadow, MA and graduated from Bay Path College in Longmeadow with a degree in Business Administration. I worked at Hamilton Sundstrand as a Financial Control Analyst in the Graphics Department. In addition to the New Hartford Board of Education, I currently serve on the board of Stanclift Cove Authority, the New Hartford Commission on Aging and am the Recording Secretary for the New Hartford Board of Finance. I started as a library volunteer in the New Hartford Public Schools when Dylan started Kindergarten at Bakerville School. Dylan is now at Region 7; Olivia is in 6th grade and I can be found volunteering at Antolini School.

In addition to being the lead moderator for the local Freecycle group (which I started), I am also the Group Outreach and Assistance Volunteer for Freecycle.org, monitoring all Freecycle groups in the Northeast, New York and Canada (except for Quebec). I am a Moderator at the polls and a Justice of the Peace. I believe strongly in a good school system that teaches our children to be self-sufficient and model citizens. With the great education our children receive in our schools, there is nothing out of reach for them. I will continue to work towards having a fiscally responsible budget while providing our children with the best teachers, schools, and education.

Biography:

Originally from New York, I settled in Connecticut after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in accounting and taxation from the University of Hartford. My husband, Dan, and I moved to New Hartford in 2021 and have two wonderful daughters – one is currently enrolled in New Hartford Public Schools. I work for Optum Technology Controllership, part of UnitedHealth Group, managing internal revenue related to IT consumption. Prior to that, I worked for KPMG, auditing tax accounts for insurance companies. I am a volunteer firefighter with the South End Volunteer Fire Department and also serve as the secretary and treasurer.

I enjoy nothing more than spending time outdoors with my family, especially at Brodie Park – one of the many reasons we moved to this incredible town! I am passionate about exercise and wellness and make sure to prioritize that for myself and my family. As a member of the New Hartford Board of Education, I am committed to ensuring students have an exceptional education, in a safe learning environment, while emphasizing the importance of responsible spending of tax dollars.

I serve on the New Hartford Board of Education with a focus on strong academics, responsible financial stewardship, and thoughtful long-term planning for the district. My wife and I are raising our daughter in New Hartford, and I am actively involved in the school community as a PTO volunteer and youth soccer coach.

Professionally, I bring more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, where my work has included leadership responsibility for strategy, complex initiatives, budget management, and operational performance.
